Therapy is a place where you can build a deeper understanding of yourself and cultivate meaningful changes in your life. We can work together to better understand how your past influences your present and move towards building a future that’s rooted in your values.

I strive to co-create a space where you can authentically express yourself and safely explore your inner world. I am collaborative in my approach and will tailor our sessions to address your unique needs and goals.

I work with adult individuals ages 18 and older. I offer in-person sessions in Seattle and virtual sessions to folks across Washington state. I adapt my approach depending on what works best for you and may integrate multiple evidence-based therapy practices. Some modalities I draw from include:

  • Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)
  • Somatic therapy & mindfulness
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
